JOY was born from the love and influence of Jazz Funk. With rolling acoustic funky break beat drums, conga percussion, deep bass guitar, Hammond organ stabs, deep swirling underlying synth Pads, floating strings and The African Sunset Project signature slick melodic synth riffs. This uplifting instrumental takes you up on a journey reminiscent of the late 70s early 80's Jazz Funk, Brit Funk sound with light and airy modern Nu Jazz vibe.
